* You are not entitled to assign or transfer to any third party images/ any of your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions.

* All standard prices listed on the Site are subject to change without prior notice to reflect any increase in the cost to us.

* We will make reasonable effort to ensure that you are satisfied with the quality of the Products and Services that you use.

* Nude images stickily not allowed

* The operators of this website take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data as confidential and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations .

* Cancelation/Refund Policy:

 1. Once you submit the Order , You will  received "Order Placed"  Mail from our system. After sometimes, by checking all Order related details, our Backend team will send you the "Order Started" mail to confirm that your order is in process for Editing. If you want to CANCEL the particular Order , you have to reply us before you received "Order Started" mail from us. You may not cancel any order after "Order Started" Mail notification.

2. If Order Started, our Backend team will send you the edited Images for Approval. You can provide us the Corrections if needed. we will again send you the latest corrected images for Approval, if u satisfied with Editing, make 100% Order Payment. As we received your payment , we will send you the High Resolution Edited Images to you.

If we send you the Edited Images for Approval & No Response/Reply from your end within 20 Days from date we send you the Edited Images for Approval, the "Cancelled" Mail will send by our Backend team with reason state that no response from your end. All the Images for that particular Order, we can use for our Business Purpose on our Website. 

3.After you done with Images Approval, with no Corrections & you satisfied with Edited Images, you have to make 100% Order Payment, ONCE WE RECIVED YOUR 100% ORDER PAYMENT, NO REFUND APPLICABLE.
